Comments from Lidia Marte, artist book lover
I am so grateful to Lucia for introducing me this wonderful woman. Silvana’s work is remarkable, from the choice of materials to the contents she creates poetic traces from her unique perspective on life and art. In 2005, I commissioned some books from her by suggesting the theme ‘my house’; she sent precious book interpretations based on her own home in Olinda. No amount of $ can pay for the quality and significance of the books she sent me...I will be an eternal client. I wish I had the resources to support Silvana’s creative workshop for years to come. One of Sil's book at least once a year is a gift I make to myself, but is also a gesture of solidarity and support for a fellow Latin American woman artist, a mother and teacher,and a beautiful human being. Lucia will post some images of the 'my house'books here soon.

Um jogo onde todas as partes se encaixam, assim como a cobra e outros que criei, esse jogo apresenta inumeras possibilidades de combinação. "Na natureza tudo se transforma" isso sempre foi motivo de inspiração.
